Landing on Malaysian shores is the 2025 Zontes 368G is now on sale, priced at RM28,800 with a two-year or 20,000 km warranty against manufacturing defects. There are three colour options available – Grey/Blue, White/Gold and Golden Stone Green – and stocks of the 368G are expected in Zontes dealer showrooms beginning March 2025.
Power for the Zontes 368G comes from a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled mill displacing 368 cc and producing 38 horsepower with 40 Nm of torque. With a CVT gearbox and belt final drive, the 368G rolls on a 17-inch spoked tubeless wheel in front and 15-inch tubeless spoked rear.
Front suspension is done with adjustable upside-down front forks with rebound and compression adjustment and preload and rebound adjustment for the rear shock absorber. Braking is from J Juan, with a four-piston front calliper and single hydraulic disc in the rear, while two-channel ABS is standard equipment, switchable for off-road use.
Two seat heights are available for the 368G in Malaysia, the 795 mm tall seat available in Grey/Blue and 770 mm low seat in Grey/Blue, White/Gold and Golden Stone Green, with no price difference. The difference in seat height is done by different fork tube lengths and not by installing a different seat.
Dry weight is claimed to be 198 kg, with fuel tank capacity listed as 17.5-litres. The specifications list for the 368G is extensive, with a 52-litre storage compartment located under the seat, large enough for two full-face helmets, while optional accessories are 46 watt fog lights and 45-litre aluminium top box with factory rack.
There is also an 8-inch TFT-LCD instrument panel, with front and rear HD cameras using a Sony Starvis sensor, while a 128 GB memory card is supplied. Playback of video can be done on the instrument panel or on the rider’s smartphone using the Zontes Intelligent App.
Six USB ports are supplied, three type-A and type-C, split between the rider and the pillion, with the type-C ports suitable for fast charging. Specifications also include heated handlebar grips, tyre pressure monitoring, and switchable traction control, as well as 26 watt fog lights, skid plate and crash guards.
LED lighting is used throughout, with the headlights having an auto-dimming function, while a YTZ-12 gel battery is installed from the factory. There are two ride modes – Sport and Eco – while mid-mount footpegs are provided for off-road riding while standing up in the saddle.
