Like many others, Valerie Heck didn’t set off for a life in HVAC. But once she was here, she fell in love with it and never looked back. And it makes sense, seeing that she’s always been drawn to structure, performance, and leadership.
“My dad, throughout his career, was always a driven, hardworking salesman, and I’ve learned so much from his example,” Heck said. “I began my career in call center operations leadership after managing a multi-business call center.”
As a consultant with Titan Advising Gurus, Heck now works with contractors across the country to optimize systems, elevate leadership, and drive scalable, sustainable growth that elevates the trades as a whole. Her goal is to innovate and inspire others to grow.
One of her most impactful achievements came when she helped lead a home services company to its first million-dollar month. Heck was responsible for the internal buildout of CRM workflows, campaigns, and process documentation that supported more than 70% year-over-year growth.
Additionally, Heck coaches and develops rising leaders — focusing on women and first-generation professionals entering the trades. She actively mentors through organizations like Women in HVACR, LadyTitans, INWIC, and CCU’s Young Professionals of the Coastal Bend. She also helps others earn advanced ServiceTitan certifications, strengthening implementation strategy and field-office alignment.
Now, with a growing national reputation and a clear sense of purpose — whether it’s through operational turnarounds, coaching rising leaders, or redefining brand experiences — Heck is there to help companies grow with clarity and purpose.
“Over time, I’ve come to deeply respect the grit, integrity, and potential this industry holds, and now, I help others tap into that same transformation,” Heck said. “I believe in the power of positivity and inspiring others to be their best selves.”
