- The Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron will premiere at the Paris Auto Show on October 14.
- The EV is expected to be available in performance S and RS versions.
Audi has quietly teased the Sportback version of the Q6 E-tron, while confirming its debut on October 14 at the Paris Auto Show 2024. The market launch of the fully electric SUV Coupe is scheduled for 2025.
The single teaser shows the sloping roofline and redesigned tail of the EV, which is set to expand the Audi Q6 e-tron family. This will be the fourth Audi SUV model offering a choice between two bodystyle variants, joining the ICE-powered Q3 and Q5, and the fully electric Q4 e-tron.

As expected from earlier spy shots, the Sportback version of the Q6 e-tron features a redesigned greenhouse, and a ducktail spoiler at the back. The sculpted fenders and LED taillights mirror those of the standard model, as with the shark-fin antenna on the roof. We can also see the charging port, mounted on the rear fender.
The announcement for the new Q6 E-tron Sportback was included in a press release about the five-star Euro NCAP safety rating of the Audi Q6 e-tron. The same score will apply to the closely related Q6 Sportback e-tron, alongside the S and RS versions of the SUVs.

The SUV coupe will most likely share the electric powertrain options with the Q6 e-tron. The PPE-based model is available in single-motor and dual-motor guises, fitted with 83 kWh or 100 kWh battery packs. The fastest version is the SQ6 e-tron with 509 hp (380 kW / 516 PS), although an even more powerful RS Q6 e-tron will follow in the near future, rumored to produce over 600 hp.
A few weeks ago, our spy photographers caught a Dakar-style prototype of the Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron. The model was wrapped in camouflage and featured several off-road modifications including a wide bodykit, a lifted suspension, and all-terrain tires.
It is unclear if Audi will bring both the production-spec Q6 Sportback e-tron and the beefed-up prototype to Paris at the moment, or reserve the latter for another date.
