I found something like that:

Stone Exhaust employs state of the art 3D flow velocity measurement software and the technique of a one-piece mandrel bent pipe design. Using mechanical welding arms to accurately weld stops ash generating in the pipe wall which can cause vapor lock and poor exhaust efficiency. Stone Exhaust’s…

I was thinking about making some more power of the T6, I saw one company that is doing custom maps with dyno. I will probably try to contact them if they indeed tune the new 2019+ model but it does look like on thier site, its in polish but you can check yourself if you translate:

There are also plenty of “racechips” like racechip or Heico, they fool the ECU but its not as safe as proper tune, would like to hear something about them, especially racechip because its not that expensive, promise nice gains, have multiple maps and is easy reversible by just unplugging the device, unlike ECU flash.

Anyway i thought of dropping this big fat cat on the downpipe and put a straight pipe there “customer made” because what i sent up there cost 1000€ for catless and 2000€ for cat version, which is stupid expensive for me, where I live.
Especially after all I read about how fragile they are or that someone had to clean them already, keeping in mind that those Volvos, even those xc90 from 2015 are still new vehicles. So my plan is to keep the original downpipe which have around 60kkm already, so i think its pretty new and then in case i will have any issues with the inspection or police I can easily put the original downpipe and everything should be back to factory and pass all emissions.
And also I was thinking that this big Cat so close to the turbo must hold so much heat and we all know that the turbo doesn’t like that as much, so i am also looking about just extending the car lifespan.

So going back to the o2 sensors, in my previous car Mazda MX5 ND, I removed two cats and had two sensors, one was just before the first big cat and did not care about the cats mostly, maybe about the temperature on the start up, but I guess it was mostly checking AFR and not cat lifespan. The second one was right after the second cat. So I had the check engine for something cat related, but wanna make sure that it will not put the ECU into limp mode or anything like that. Just check engine is not a big issue, may be annoying.

I have already bought the car from US copart, and waiting for it to be shipped. Should be here in couple months, hopefully before the August, then I will focus on fixing it first and I will try to post something if my plan regarding the downpipe succeeds, but wants to remove the OEM downpipe take it to my magician welder and we will see, i will probably try to put some o2 deceivers just for the science, but on my mx5 it wasn’t working so no expectations.
