I’m the 2nd owner and purchased in Feb 2023. I’m selling because I bought a new car. No accidents, clean Carfax, adult-owned/maintained, non-smoking, always garaged (until Nov 2024). Everything functions as expected and it runs great. The Polestar models are rare: this is one of 198 Polestars sold in the US in MY 2017, one of 124 V60s, and one of 77 Polestars in Rebel Blue. It was completely stock when I purchased it. During my ownership I have done the following:
- powdercoated stock wheels satin white gold
- installed IPD torque bar (top engine mount)
- installed mud flaps
- installed Maxton Design roof spoiler. I have the full Maxton kit in gloss black (minus the rear valance). The full kit is included if you pay full price. (new kit would cost $811 + shipping).
- new plugs Oct 2023
- new air filter Oct 2023
- new secondary/auxillary battery Sep 2023
- oil change Apr 2024 at 122K miles
- new O2 sensors May 2024
- new front (Hawk Performance HB581F.660 HPS) and rear (Porterfield R4-S Rear Brake Pads) brake pads Nov 2024
- Full brake fluid flush Nov 2024
Known issues:
- Last winter I hit a plastic bumper while driving on the freeway in LA. The bumper bounced off the front of my car but dislodged the tow hook cover. I installed a new cover but did not get around to painting it, although I have the paint to do so.
- There is a leak in the windshield washer system and the washer fluid tank doesn’t hold fluid. It seems there is a broken feedline somewhere behind the front bumper on the passenger side, which is where the leak is occurring (not at the tank). I never got around to fixing this.
- slight scratches in driver-side door (see photos)
- surface scratches on rear bumper (see photos)
- front driver-side wheel is missing small blue Polestar logo
