One of just five white ’16 S60 Polestars imported into the USA. If you don’t know what this car is already, it may not be for you. Before Polestar was an EV brand, it was the name of Volvo’s racing team. After Jay Leno had one custom-built for himself, in 2015-2016 Volvo produced a limited run of special edition S60s with upgraded Brembo brakes, adjustable Ohlins shocks, a sporty exhaust and a more aggressive engine tune on the Porsche-developed 6-Cylinder ‘White Block’ engine. This is the last year Volvo produced this kind of engine and they really got it right after 20+ years making them. Fully loaded with every option available on a 2016 model year, including:

I thought I would keep this car forever, but the opportunity presented itself to buy a 2016 V60 Polestar in Rebel blue that I couldn’t pass up. I don’t have the space to keep both cars garaged to the level they deserve so sadly this one needs to be adopted. Looking to go to a good home that appreciates the safety, reliability, and specialness of this very cool car. Sale includes custom Volvo roof cross bars for the car, 2 keys, owners manual, special edition Polestar floor mats, and all service records for the last 6 years and 37k miles of my ownership. I looked a long time to find this car, and I thought I would keep it forever. I had all the driveline fluids changed at 50k miles and have taken care of the car to Volvo’s recommended standard. Everything on the car works as it should, mechanically it’s very solid. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it anywhere in North America. Cosmetically there are some scratches on the rear bumper, and light blemishes here and there but paint is in very good condition.

  • Modifications
    • Aftermarket downpipe – ferrita or TME. On it when I bought the car, slightly throatier than the stock setup. Passes SMOG check in CA without issue, no lights.
    • Replaced front spoiler wings with carbon fiber ones after they got damaged on a curb.
